Talent Acquisition Manager – MEA

About the role

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment function for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region from our Riyadh office. The role provides strategic leadership, oversees a team of recruiters, and ensures staffing targets are met across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to define talent acquisition needs and develop long‑term recruitment strategies.
• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruitment for executive and senior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Provide oversight of statutory staffing and recruitment requirements for the region.
• Support hiring managers by preparing job descriptions, interview plans and ensuring timely candidate feedback.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high‑quality talent acquisition services.
• Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to evaluate performance, identify trends and refine sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition functions, preferably in a multinational or engineering‑focused environment.
• Strong partnership skills with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data, market trends and statutory requirements.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
