Technician – Maintenance & Preventative

About the role

The Technician will carry out maintenance tasks under the direction of the direct manager, ensuring equipment reliability and safety. The role focuses on maintaining inventory, developing preventative maintenance procedures, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
• Plan and schedule repairs.
• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Power.
• No prior experience required; basic electrical background preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, adapt to changing schedules and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to bend, lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
