Temporary Clinical Pharmacist – Al Khobar

About the role

Diaverum is seeking a Temporary Clinical Pharmacist to join its renal care team in Al Khobar. The pharmacist will manage pharmaceutical care for assigned clinics, ensuring high‑quality service delivery in line with Diaverum’s clinical governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide drug therapy management aimed at achieving therapeutic outcomes and improving patient quality of life.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care services, including educational activities and preventive care.
• Manage pharmaceutical supply, conduct scientific research, and support health‑promotion initiatives.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based care.
• Lead pharmaceutical and preventive‑care projects in alignment with departmental strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical, nursing, operations, and other functions regarding patient pharmaceutical care.

Required profile

• Registered pharmacist accountable to a Direct Manager and Function Head.
• Full‑time availability for a temporary assignment.
• Commitment to meeting clinic objectives, including administrative, medical, and operational outcomes.
