Tender Specialist – Pharma (Etimad & NUPCO Expert)

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Specialist to join our pharmaceutical division. This critical role focuses on driving business growth by managing high-stakes government tenders and ensuring seamless procurement processes within the Saudi healthcare landscape.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tendering process via the Etimad platform (Saudi government procurement portal).
• Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of complex technical and commercial proposals.
• Act as a key liaison for NUPCO and other major government healthcare entities.
• Monitor upcoming tender opportunities, deadlines, and market trends to ensure competitive positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance teams to ensure full compliance and accuracy in all submissions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, pricing strategies, and contract records for all awarded tenders.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and internal corporate policies.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in tendering or procurement, specifically within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Expert-level proficiency with the Etimad platform is mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with NUPCO processes and the Saudi Arabian public procurement ecosystem.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Required Skills
