Therapeutic Area Partner – Hematology (Jeddah)

About the role

The Therapeutic Area Partner (TAP) – Hematology is a field‑based position focused on scientific exchange with health‑care professionals (HCPs) in Jeddah. You will be the primary point of contact for HCPs, driving engagement, ensuring safe and appropriate use of BMS products, and representing BMS values.

Key responsibilities

• Scientific engagement and product‑related communication with HCPs.
• Product enlistment and economic value discussions.
• Cross‑functional collaboration and execution of territory plans.
• Ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Strong disease awareness and expertise in hematology treatment landscape.
• Ability to collect, synthesize, and present large volumes of clinical data.
• Experience mapping HCPs, identifying knowledge gaps, and implementing learning programs.
• Proactive communication with physicians and other stakeholders, responding to scientific and product queries.
• Willingness to travel extensively (minimum 90% field time).
