Training Manager (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality learning solutions that support business performance, capability building, and compliance across the organization. The role will partner with global and local stakeholders to create engaging classroom, virtual, blended, and digital experiences for Saudi nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of training programs aligned with business needs and compliance requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis, job‑task analysis, and learner profiling to identify capability gaps.
• Create and deliver learning solutions across instructor‑led, virtual, e‑learning, blended, and on‑demand formats.
• Apply project management skills to plan, prioritize, track, and deliver initiatives on time and within scope.
• Manage internal implementation activities and coordinate resources, including vendors and subject‑matter experts.
• Oversee vendor management for outsourced development and ensure quality and compliance.
• Define, monitor, and report training effectiveness metrics such as completion rates, learner feedback, and compliance indicators.
• Continuously evaluate curricula and improve solutions based on analytics and learner outcomes.
