University Internship – Connectivity Support (6 months)

About the role

Join our team for a six‑month university internship focused on connectivity support. You will work closely with customers and internal connectivity teams to promote GEHC Digital and Remote services and ensure effective network operations.

Key responsibilities

• Attend customer visits to demonstrate the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services.
• Collaborate with connectivity teams to improve connectivity processes and infrastructure.
• Maintain connectivity task logs and internal service records.
• Use the escalation process to resolve digital service issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Communicate with customers to ensure issue resolution and follow‑up.
• Monitor data integrity of connectivity and digital tools.
• Utilize the Connectivity Hub tool to monitor the Install funnel and create visibility on live connectivity, data flow issues, and Helium monitoring.
• Work with cross‑functional partners such as Connectivity Project Leader, SDM, Field, and HPM to support project execution.
• Provide on‑site support for live and C@I activities.
