University Level English Instructor

About the role

Join the Preparatory Program at a leading university in Saudi Arabia as an English Instructor. You will teach engaging, student‑centred courses across beginner to intermediate levels, delivering 22 hours of instruction per week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive English, writing, communication and study‑skills lessons (including Microsoft Office training).
• Utilise Blackboard and Banner systems for course management, assessments and student tracking.
• Develop and adapt teaching materials to meet CEFR A0‑B1 standards.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback and support academic progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, research activities and professional development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• CELTA, TEFL or TESOL certification (minimum 120 hours coursework and 6 hours supervised teaching).
• At least 2 years of university‑level teaching experience.
• Passion for student success and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Blackboard learning management system.
• Experience using Banner student information system.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
