Virtual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to assist customers across phone, email and live‑chat, delivering professional and empathetic service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services and policies.
• Handle basic technical or service‑related issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Manage complaints with patience, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems and follow up on open cases.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while participating in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Basic technical aptitude and quick learning of new systems.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing processes; additional languages are a plus.
