About the role
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Waiter & Barista to join our Riyadh restaurant. You will serve guests, prepare specialty coffee drinks and ensure a smooth, enjoyable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus and suggest items based on preferences.
- Prepare and serve high‑quality beverages, including specialty coffees, using professional equipment.
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and barista station, following health and safety standards.
- Process cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while paying attention to detail.
- Strong customer‑service orientation focused on creating memorable experiences.
- Proficiency with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
