Waiter

About the role

We are seeking a professional and courteous Waiter to join our restaurant team. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing attentive table service and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately take guest orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to restaurant standards.
• Handle guest requests, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent as minimum qualification.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage service, or customer service.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order‑taking procedures.
