Waitress

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to serve food and beverage to guests in our establishment. The role focuses on delivering courteous, efficient and flexible service to maximise guest satisfaction. The Waitress will work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Ensure guests receive courteous and professional service throughout their visit.
• Adapt to guest needs and handle special requests efficiently.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Minimum two years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tables.
