Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor (Operations & Maintenance)

About the role

Manage inventory, storage, and logistics operations to ensure the availability of materials and spare parts for operations and maintenance activities. The role involves overseeing receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while coordinating with contractors and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely material supply.
• Implement inventory control procedures and monitor stock movements.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and reorder requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software.
