Workforce Staffing Specialist – Jeddah

About the role

Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is seeking a dedicated specialist to support its operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on designing and executing data‑driven labor acquisition strategies that attract diverse talent while minimizing cost per hire.

Key responsibilities

• Create a vision based on data and develop scalable hiring strategies that capture top talent at the lowest cost.
• Design and implement labor acquisition plans, including employee class recommendations and talent‑pool conversion.
• Partner with Site Leadership, Operations, Finance, and HR to align labor requirements with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly staffing performance metrics and forecast labor demand.
• Lead projects of increasing complexity, set KPI benchmarks, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Travel as needed to conduct hiring events across the designated geographic area.
• Manage cost‑per‑hire budgets and optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Preferred experience in process improvement, stakeholder management, and handling confidential employee information.
