3D Interior Designer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a creative 3D Interior Designer to develop detailed technical drawings and high‑quality visualisations for residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will translate client requirements into practical design solutions while collaborating closely with the execution team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, including layouts, plans, furniture distribution, and construction details.
• Create high‑quality 3D visualisations for residential and commercial interiors.
• Develop mood boards that showcase colour palettes, materials, furniture, and lighting concepts.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project.
• Coordinate with the execution team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Revise and update designs based on client or management feedback.
• Prepare professional presentations for client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience creating AutoCAD drawings and 3D interior visualisations.
• Strong creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (essential)
• 3ds Max, SketchUp or Blender for 3D modelling
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for rendering and mood‑board creation
