Account Executive

About the role

WonderEight is seeking an Account Executive to join its client service team. In this role you will support the Account Manager in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies, ensuring smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate meeting summaries, weekly status reports, and other client‑management documentation.
• Assist in creating integrated marketing and advertising plans aligned with client objectives, target audiences and budgets.
• Coordinate projects, maintain timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Provide prompt customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to implement campaigns.
• Traffic creative resources while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Research and gather data for client presentations, proposals and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and suggest optimisation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, agreements and project details.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging marketing technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
