Account Executive

About the role

Ethos Interactive is seeking an Account Executive to support its fast‑growing digital communication team in the MENA region. The role acts as the engine room of the account team, ensuring briefs are written, approvals chased, timelines met and documentation kept clean. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, learning the client’s business through day‑to‑day involvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account documentation such as status reports, contact reports, WIP trackers and approval logs.
• Build working knowledge of the client’s brand, products, category and campaign calendar.
• Communicate brief changes, timing updates and deliverables to internal teams.
• Flag risks to timeline, budget or quality to the Account Manager promptly.
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for routine client requests, responding promptly and professionally.
• Attend client meetings, take clear notes and circulate accurate contact reports.
• Gather inputs for strategic work, including competitor activity, category trends and platform updates.
• Assemble background research, reference decks and case studies for briefs and pitches.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and internal reviews, demonstrating a point of view.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in a client‑facing or account support role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to flag and escalate risks early.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
