Account Manager – B2B Sales & Market Insights

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive B2B sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will manage a portfolio of retailers, FMCG, pharma and entertainment clients, delivering market research, data analytics and performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts across KSA and GCC, covering retail, FMCG, F&B, pharma and entertainment sectors.
• Generate pipeline from scratch: research prospects, initiate outreach, conduct discovery calls and close deals.
• Translate client pain points into scoped proposals across three service pillars – Market Research, Data Analytics and Customer Performance.
• Manage the full sales cycle in HubSpot, ensuring accurate contact logging, deal stage updates and pipeline hygiene.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure sold solutions are delivered and clients are retained.
• Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activity and sector trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling services, solutions or subscriptions.
• Strong business instincts and ability to ask the right questions quickly.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, key players and decision‑making processes.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage, ambiguous sales environment.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
