Account Manager – Client Relationship & IT Solutions

About the role

The Account Manager will build and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty while promoting the company’s IT and e‑Health solutions. This role combines strategic client engagement with coordination of internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute relationship‑management strategies tailored to each client segment.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical, marketing, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and organize workshops to explore new opportunities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling possibilities within existing accounts.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution promptly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project status and e‑Health solutions.
• Produce analytical reports on client performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide training and post‑implementation support to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Travel to client sites as needed for meetings and project implementations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in software or technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Leadership qualities with the capacity to influence and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and negotiate effectively.
