Account Manager – HTS Media

About the role

Hopper is seeking an Advertising Account Manager to act as the quarterback for advertiser partnerships. You will own campaign execution, performance optimization, upselling, and insight delivery to ensure long‑term success for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for advertisers, building trusted relationships.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution: onboarding, setup, optimization, and reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics and proactively recommend optimizations.
• Deliver clear post‑campaign insights tied to advertiser KPIs.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities based on performance and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Analytics, Product, and Ad Operations to support renewals and strategic planning.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client success, or media operations.
• Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and campaign optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple advertiser accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project‑management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
