About the role
The Accounts Receivable Accountant will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining compliance with Saudi tax regulations. This role supports the finance team in day‑to‑day activities and contributes to month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Record invoices, receipts, and related vouchers for all client accounts.
- Ensure all transactions comply with ZATCA regulations.
- Reconcile client accounts and monitor timely payments.
- Prepare monthly VAT reports and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist finance administration with daily finance tasks and year‑end closing.
- Manage retentions, unbilled revenue, and deferred items.
- Coordinate with project managers and operations to finalize billing cycles for sales contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of finance experience, preferably in an Accounts Receivable department.
- Saudi national with active SOCPA membership.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
