Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage daily AR operations during our ERP transition. The role will handle invoice entry, receipt processing, reconciliations and support month‑end closing while ensuring data accuracy in our legacy system.
Key responsibilities
- Enter customer invoices into the legacy accounting system and verify their accuracy.
- Process customer payments and allocate collections correctly.
- Prepare daily customer and AR reconciliation reports.
- Support month‑end closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist with the ERP transition by maintaining data integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with the Tally Accounting System.
- Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Ramco or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
