About the role

We are looking for an Administrator I to support daily operations and provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our executives. The role involves coordinating schedules, handling communications, and ensuring smooth office processes within a cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain management agendas, schedule appointments, meetings, conferences and arrange travel.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage confidential documents and keep electronic and paper records organized.
• Monitor office supplies, negotiate with vendors and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
• Attend meetings, record minutes and act as the first point of contact for phone and email inquiries.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations and reports, and support team‑building activities.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, report deviations and contribute to quality control.
• Develop and improve business processes, seek automation opportunities and ensure compliance with company policies, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience.
• Strong awareness of safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
