Adult & Pediatric Endocrinologist (Full-time, Riyadh)

About the role

DiaServ is seeking a board‑certified Endocrinologist to join its multidisciplinary team in Riyadh. The clinician will provide comprehensive endocrine care to both adult and pediatric patients, managing a broad spectrum of hormonal disorders in a full‑time, on‑site capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations and evaluate adult and pediatric patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, growth and puberty disorders, adrenal, pituitary and metabolic bone conditions.
• Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies to formulate evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Adjust medications, monitor therapy response, and ensure continuous follow‑up care.
• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, diabetes educators, dietitians and other specialists to deliver coordinated patient‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to clinical protocols, case discussions and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self‑care and lifestyle modifications.

Required profile

• Advanced clinical training in adult and/or pediatric endocrinology with board certification or eligibility.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and a valid Saudi Arabia medical license.
• Proven experience diagnosing and managing complex endocrine disorders.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork, professionalism and ethical practice.
• Willingness to engage in quality improvement, clinical audits and continuing medical education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinical information systems.
