AESMP Service Desk Technician

About the role

Trace Systems Inc. is looking for an experienced AESMP Service Desk Technician to provide Tier II endpoint support for both classified and unclassified environments on the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be the primary point of contact for AESMP‑related issues, delivering hands‑on technical assistance and ensuring system integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier II onsite support for workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, docking stations and smart‑card readers.
• Install, image, configure, troubleshoot, repair, relocate and re‑image Microsoft Windows endpoints using SCCM/MECM, MDT or Intune.
• Administer AESMP, manage user access, maintain data accuracy and support operational requirements.
• Coordinate Configuration Management Board activities, prepare change requests and track their status.
• Perform vulnerability remediation, patching, manual hot‑fixes and lifecycle support.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, approved browsers, Adobe products, CAC middleware, VPN clients and endpoint security tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, user profiles, certificates, authentication, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and peripheral issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in Tier II desktop support.
• Familiarity with classified and unclassified IT environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently on‑site.
