AI Business Analyst

About the role

Nabeh, a subsidiary of Masterworks, seeks an AI Business Analyst to bridge enterprise business needs with AI implementations, ensuring projects deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead requirements‑gathering workshops with stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Draft and maintain Business Requirements Documents, Software Requirements Specifications, and functional/non‑functional specs.
• Translate business goals into epics, use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix to track scope, dependencies, gaps, and change requests.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects on feasibility, data availability, and integration requirements.
• Define business rules, data requirements, model outputs, KPIs, and success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Review UI/UX designs for alignment with functional requirements and coordinate test planning with QA.
• Develop UAT plans, support clients during testing, resolve discrepancies, and obtain formal sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience with exposure to AI, custom software development, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑mapping abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
