AI Sales Director

About the role

Masterworks' subsidiary Nabeh is seeking an AI Sales Director to drive growth of its AI‑powered solutions across target industries. The role focuses on building a qualified pipeline, winning strategic accounts and expanding existing relationships while ensuring profitable deals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute AI sales strategy, own revenue, bookings and gross‑margin targets, and identify opportunities for software, platforms, services and subscriptions.
• Lead account planning, territory allocation, forecasting and manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract closure.
• Build executive relationships, position AI solutions around measurable outcomes and drive renewals, upselling and cross‑selling.
• Qualify opportunities, govern proofs of concept and collaborate with presales and product teams on technical feasibility.
• Recruit, coach and manage the AI sales team, set targets, maintain CRM accuracy and work with marketing and product on demand generation and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including 5+ years in sales leadership.
• Proven success selling AI, data analytics, cloud, SaaS or enterprise software and closing high‑value deals.
• Experience managing sales teams, strategic accounts and executive relationships.
