AI Security Manager

About the role

As part of Accenture’s Cybersecurity practice, the AI Security Manager will design and deliver secure architectures for AI and agentic systems across enterprise environments. You will work closely with client leadership to translate AI security requirements into scalable, production‑ready designs, ensuring trustworthy adoption of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end security architectures for AI/ML pipelines, model development, hosting, inference layers, identity, and associated controls.
• Translate Accenture AI Security frameworks into practical, client‑specific architectures.
• Lead threat‑modeling and risk‑assessment activities for AI workloads, defining mitigation strategies and secure design patterns.
• Evaluate and recommend secure AI solutions, including guardrails, runtime protection, AI‑SPM, model scanning, and LLM gateways.
• Provide technical leadership on engagements, guiding delivery teams and consultants.
• Collaborate with client architects, security leaders, and CISOs to validate designs and support production implementation.
• Contribute to shaping security strategy and architecture for AI transformation programs across industries.

Required profile

• Strong background in security architecture across cloud, identity, network, and data domains.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Practical understanding of AI/ML system lifecycles and associated security challenges.
• Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring teams in complex delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior client leaders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are a plus.
