AI Tech Consultant – Cybersecurity (Riyadh)

About the role

BCG Platinion is seeking an AI Tech Consultant specialized in cybersecurity to help leading organizations in Riyadh shape their digital transformation. You will work at the intersection of strategy and technology, guiding clients to build robust cybersecurity programs aligned with their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' cybersecurity posture and design mitigation strategies to close gaps.
• Define strategic cybersecurity ambitions and develop technical and non‑technical initiatives.
• Develop risk management frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and establish monitoring processes.
• Design and implement security measures for operational technology (OT) environments and integrate IT‑OT security strategies.
• Communicate complex security concepts to stakeholders at all levels and stay current on emerging threats and technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, informatics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT consulting with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate technical solutions and business cases.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and standards.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation methodologies.
• Understanding of OT security and convergence of IT/OT environments.
