AI Trainer Interpreter (Arabic & English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Interpreter to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in Arabic and English. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, assessing logical consistency, and creating novel conversational scenarios to improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in bilingual dialogues with AI chatbots to test their understanding and response quality.
• Design and write original conversation scripts that reflect diverse real‑world situations.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Provide detailed feedback and metrics to guide model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Expert‑level command of linguistics, writing, editing, and communication in both languages.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
