Aircraft Mechanical Technician – Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an Aircraft Mechanical Technician to perform scheduled maintenance on aircraft, ensuring safety, quality and compliance with technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled mechanical maintenance, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection and minor rectification.
• Complete all maintenance forms, records and required documentation accurately.
• Work in compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, technical orders and procedures.
• Verify that all required authorizations and qualifications are valid for assigned tasks.
• Identify training or competency needs and communicate them to the supervisor.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and technical compliance.

Required profile

• Completion of a recognized Aircraft Engineering Trade Apprenticeship.
• NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification practical aircraft maintenance experience in an operational flying environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
