About the role
We are looking for a highly talented Android Engineer to join the Fulfillment team in Riyadh. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands‑on experience and create a direct impact, this may be the place for you.
Key responsibilities
- Stay updated on the latest software development methodologies to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
- Analyze product requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, estimate effort and collaborate with the Product Team.
- Build development components, manage programming of solution parts and transform requirements into working software.
- Document coding steps to ensure comprehensibility and facilitate future maintenance.
- Write unit, integration, UI/Snapshot tests and investigate/resolve bugs.
- Participate in code reviews, functional and module testing, and monitor product development.
Required profile
- 3+ years of software development experience with design patterns and algorithms, preferably using Kotlin (Java acceptable).
- Strong expertise in native Android development and modern mobile architectures.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) and version control (Git).
- Proven ability to deliver complex, non‑trivial systems and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with ViewModel, LiveData, Paging, Navigation, SafeArgs, Retrofit2, RxJava2, Dagger2 and modular app architecture.
