Application Support Engineer – Fresh Graduate (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Application Support Engineer on a rotational shift schedule. The role provides first‑level technical assistance for business applications, ensuring their availability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for business applications and systems.
• Monitor application performance and system availability during assigned shifts.
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and resolve basic technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams.
• Monitor system logs, alerts, and scheduled jobs to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist with software deployments, testing, and production support activities.
• Execute basic database queries and system validation tasks.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and support activities accurately.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure continuous service availability and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of application support, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
• Proficient command of English and eagerness to learn new technologies.
