AR Accountant + Income Auditor

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a full-time AR Accountant and Income Auditor in Riyadh. The role covers accounts receivable, collections and daily income audits across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable transactions, invoices, collections and customer accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
• Perform daily income audits and verify hotel revenues from all departments.
• Reconcile daily sales, cash, credit card transactions and other payment methods, and review revenue reports and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and daily revenue, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting procedures and internal controls, and assist with month-end closing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of accounting experience in the hotel industry.
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Income Audit is required.
• Good knowledge of hotel revenue, daily income audit, reconciliations and accounts receivable.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

Required skills

• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with hotel accounting systems is preferred.
