Architect – Architectural Finishes

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Architect – Architectural Finishes to lead and supervise finishing works on a landmark development in Riyadh. You will ensure that all interior and exterior finishes meet design intent, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, mock‑ups, method statements and technical submissions.
• Inspect installation of stone cladding, marble, granite, tiles, gypsum works, suspended ceilings, wall finishes, decorative panels, paint systems, glazing and specialty finishes.
• Oversee interior fit‑out activities such as joinery, millwork, furniture integration and bespoke metalwork.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, structural and MEP engineers to resolve design‑construction interface issues.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and monitor contractor performance against the project schedule.
• Verify material deliveries, review RFIs and technical queries, and ensure QA/QC procedures are applied.
• Lead snagging, de‑snagging and punch‑list closure, supporting testing, commissioning and handover.

Required profile

• Significant experience in architectural finishes for large‑scale hospitality, mixed‑use or convention‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC processes and material specifications.
• Proven ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams and manage interface coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
