Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a talented and innovative Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of building projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and construction drawings.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and technical documentation for projects.
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations using design software.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Review site conditions, feasibility studies, and environmental considerations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources throughout design and construction phases.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design intent.
• Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material specifications.
• Resolve design issues and provide technical guidance during execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
