About the role

Wood is seeking an Architect Intern Co‑Op to join its Al‑Khabar office. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real‑world projects within the oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering teams in the oil, gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries.
• Resolve specialty‑related engineering issues using accepted principles, codes, and standards.
• Contribute to technical delivery by executing assigned scopes of work in the architectural discipline.
• Assist in developing engineering deliverables such as philosophies, reports, specifications, calculations, data sheets, and technical requisitions.
• Solve routine problems following defined procedures with guidance from senior professionals.

Required profile

• Architect undergraduate currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret technical information related to engineering.
• Demonstrated application of theory in practical contexts to develop engineered solutions.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and dependable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety in all daily activities.
