Supervisor / Foreman – Overhead Transmission Line Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to lead assembly and erection activities for 380 kV overhead transmission line (OHTL) projects in Saudi Arabia. The position reports to the project management team and is responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assembly and erection works of 380 kV OHTL structures.
• Lead a team of technicians and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and report deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Oversee the use of accommodation and transportation facilities provided by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in assembly and erection of 380 kV overhead transmission lines.
• At least 15 years of overall experience in the construction sector, with more than 3 years in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Educational qualification of at least 10th grade (or equivalent).
