About the role

Asrar Architects and Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Al Khobar office. You will be responsible for creating innovative, sustainable architectural solutions that meet client needs while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models for a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate design, engineering, and construction requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi building codes and sustainability standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation throughout the design phase.
• Contribute to the development of innovative, energy‑efficient design concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Strong understanding of core architectural principles and sustainable design practices.
• Experience in project management, including planning and coordination across teams.
• Excellent critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit or similar BIM tools.
