Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join our growing real‑estate development team in Jeddah. You will create architectural concepts, develop detailed designs and produce construction documentation for both residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed design packages.
• Produce drawings, specifications and documentation for permitting.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction and interior‑design teams.
• Review designs for compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Support the permitting process and manage design changes.
• Participate in project meetings, schedule reviews and budget tracking.
• Integrate BIM and CAD tools into the workflow and ensure quality control during construction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field; professional registration or licensure is a plus.
• Strong foundation in architectural design for real‑estate projects.
• Experience with project management, multidisciplinary coordination and timeline tracking.
• Familiarity with Saudi building codes and local regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
