Architectural Engineer – Construction Supervision / PMCM

About the role

Supervise architectural works and finishes, ensuring construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Support the PMCM team in technical reviews, inspections and coordination with other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect architectural works, including façades, waterproofing, partitions, ceilings, flooring and finishes.
• Review architectural shop drawings, material submittals, samples and mock‑ups.
• Check workmanship and materials against approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with civil, structural and MEP works.
• Review RFIs and support the resolution of site technical issues.
• Identify defects and non‑conformances, and monitor corrective actions.
• Monitor architectural progress and report delays or coordination concerns.
• Maintain inspection records and contribute to progress reports.
• Review as‑built drawings and support snagging and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Relevant consultancy experience in construction supervision and PMCM assignments.
• Experience supervising industrial buildings and associated facilities.
• MODON project experience is a must.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit (advantage).
• Strong inspection, coordination and reporting skills.
