Architectural Engineer (Healthcare Projects)

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Architectural Engineer with extensive experience in healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee architectural works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities

• Review and supervise architectural works to guarantee alignment with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams during design, construction and hand‑over.
• Monitor site activities, conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions and support project progress.
• Review materials, shop drawings, mock‑ups and technical submittals.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural engineering within construction, with mandatory experience on healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, building materials and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
