Architectural Engineer

About the role

Proger is seeking an Architectural Engineer to join its Riyadh branch. The professional will plan, design and supervise architectural projects, ensuring technical accuracy, aesthetic quality and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and technical designs in line with project specifications and Saudi building codes.
• Participate in planning, design coordination and project management activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Review and validate design documents, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Supervise on‑site implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and resource planning.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation and technical presentations for management and clients.
• Ensure all architectural work complies with Saudi Council of Engineers regulations and relevant authority requirements.
• Support the development of sustainable and efficient building designs.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and draftsmen.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering (master’s degree preferred).
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Saudi national citizenship (mandatory requirement).
