Architectural Foreman – Finishing

About the role

The Architectural Foreman – Finishing will lead the final stages of villa construction, ensuring interior and exterior finishes meet design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site finishing trades including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, and fixture installation.
• Coordinate sequencing of finishing work with other construction activities to avoid conflicts.
• Manage procurement, delivery, storage, and usage of finishing materials, minimizing waste.
• Develop and control the finishing schedule, communicating progress and resolving delays.
• Report daily progress, material shortages, and quality issues to the project manager.
• Identify and resolve installation problems, oversee final inspections, and manage snagging before handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising finishing trades on residential projects.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities, capable of training and delegating tasks.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination with project teams.
• Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet cost and time targets.
