Area Manager, Global Specialty Fulfillment Network

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead sites within its Global Specialty Fulfillment network in Saudi Arabia. You will own end‑to‑end operations, from first‑mile to last‑mile delivery, and work closely with internal and external partners to ensure timely launches and meet performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance, cost, compliance and capacity of third‑party logistics partners (3PL and 3P carriers) both on‑site and on‑road.
• Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance, maintaining KPIs and SLAs with 3PLs.
• Optimize first‑ and middle‑mile delivery networks to improve speed and cost efficiency.
• Lead major projects within KSA Operations Fulfillment, Supply Chain and Transportation to support business growth.
• Drive process improvement and cost‑optimization initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
