About the role
The Knowledge Transfer Specialist will design and execute a consistent approach to capture, share, and disseminate knowledge across all functional units of the organization. This role focuses on implementing workplace education methodologies and ensuring effective access to information.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain processes for knowledge capture and transfer.
- Identify and implement optimal platforms or tools that promote learning and information sharing.
- Deliver training sessions on selected educational platforms and tools.
- Oversee the adaptation of tools and approaches to meet evolving business needs.
- Create e‑learning courses for SAP and other relevant disciplines as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
