Art Director

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Art Director to lead our creative department in Riyadh. The role involves steering visual strategy across digital and print media, mentoring a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high‑quality, technically sound outputs that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute advanced visual concepts for digital interfaces, production graphics, motion elements and AI‑driven creative solutions.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive visual standards to guarantee consistency across all digital and physical outputs.
• Review and approve design deliverables, providing expert guidance on typography, color, composition and interface styling.
• Lead, mentor and manage senior and junior designers, motion specialists and production artists, ensuring project milestones are met.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction or related creative roles, with a strong portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams and manage production schedules.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
• Experience creating digital designs for web, mobile and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Motion graphics and video editing expertise.
