Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to drive our digital growth across multiple channels. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns that boost traffic, conversions, and brand affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse performance data, optimise ROI and continuously improve effectiveness.
• Oversee content creation, manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide digital support and lead a team of SEO specialists, social media managers and content creators.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, YouTube) and partner with media outlets.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, traffic and engagement, delivering insights to senior leadership.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis, manage the digital budget and develop strategies for new products.
• Drive traffic to website and mobile app through SEO, PPC and performance marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 9–12 years of digital marketing experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
