Assistant Front Desk Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Assistant Front Desk Manager will support the Front Office Manager in delivering seamless guest experiences at the new Four Seasons Resort on Shura Island. This role combines operational oversight with guest‑focused service recovery in a luxury beachside environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure smooth and efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations, staff scheduling, team development, and maintaining service standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly, providing genuine care and effective service recovery.
• Accurately record and communicate guest preferences and special requests across departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in front desk or guest services within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a front desk team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
