Assistant IT Manager – Hotel Technology

About the role

Faena Red Sea is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to ensure the seamless operation of its technology environment. The role supports both guests and staff, delivering reliable IT services across the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily IT operations, handling technical and administrative tasks.
• Provide prompt assistance to guests and staff for all IT‑related issues.
• Install, test, and configure workstations, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate user onboarding, including account setup, system access, and hardware allocation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve IT requests and work orders.
• Liaise with vendors for upgrades, projects, and system maintenance.
• Monitor system security, data confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and backup procedures.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in the hotel industry.
• Previous experience in an Assistant IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
